As you utilize your expertise to diagnose, repair, and resolve issues, you ensure that each customer feels valued and that our sales team feels confident in your abilities! And, you love working with such a great team! 18 years or older High School diploma or equivalent Strong desire/ability to be an effective problem solver Good listening and verbal communication skills Able to work in an orderly and organized fashion Able to calculate simple math, percentages, ratios, and read gauges Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs. on a regular basis Open availability for scheduling Opening, Closing, and Weekend shifts Computer Proficiency Customer Service and Repair Experience is Preferred No experience? Our Sales Associate and Repair Technicians need to be available to work the following shifts: Opening Shifts Mid-day Shifts Closing Shifts Weekend Shifts The typical schedule for this position includes a variety of shifts across 5 working days with 2 days off each week. Need a weekend off? No problem, just switch shifts with someone or use some vacation time. As long as you are flexible, we are flexible!
