Schedule: Mon.-Fri., Day Shift
Pay Range: $25-28 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Material Planner to manage Raw Material inventories and records for our production facility. This role is responsible for managing raw material inventories, monitoring stock levels, managing delivery schedules, and coordinating with the Purchasing department to ensure our production facility has a healthy level of Raw Material Supplies. The role will also involve working with the Production Planner to assist with MES functions in the production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a running Material Inventory Balance and monitoring stock levels
• Managing delivery schedules and coordinating material ETAs
• Coordinating with Purchasing Department to reorder needed items on time
• Update spreadsheets and basic computer records
• Reviewing physical inventory reports and auditing to verify accuracy
• Assist with inventory counts and restocking
• Communicate with Production and Warehouse teams regarding raw material supplies
• Reviewing monthly production plans and verifying that the raw materials are available or on order
• Use our MES system to digitize raw materials and coordinate with the Auditing Department to identify areas of overuse

Qualifications:

• Computer literacy required
• Knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or similar) required
• Experience with MES/ERP systems is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
