While this date reflects our latest plans, it is subject to change, and postings may be extended or removed earlier than expected.**We Take Care of Our Team****This position offers:*** Starting pay of $18.40/hr. up to top pay of $25.97/hr.\** Quarterly gainsharing bonus potential\*additional shift differential for off-shifts**Benefits include:** 401k includes up to 8% match and non-elective contribution, full coverage benefit plan options, starting at 4 weeks paid vacation, 8-10 calendar holidays, paid sick/disability leave (including sick days), 8 weeks paid paternal leave, employee assistance program; comprehensive health and wellness programs, and tuition assistance**General Purpose of the Position:**Clean core component parts with accuracy and prepare them for inspection using established work instructions**Job Duties and Responsibilities:*** Participate in job rotations within the cleaning area, including glass‐beading operations* Work safely around chemical cleaning processes* Maintain a strong focus on product quality, ensuring all cleaning media are fully removed* Understand and comply with ISO9001 requirements* Complete all required daily paperwork and maintain accurate updates on production boards* Conduct 5S audits and complete assigned daily checklists* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and suggesting process enhancements* Use daily discomfort logs and report any sickness, injury, or safety concern immediately—regardless of severity* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area through consistent housekeeping practices* Demonstrate flexibility by moving to various work areas based on production demands* Be available to work overtime, including weekends, as required by the production schedule* Participate in team huddles, group projects, and one‐on‐one communications to support team alignment* Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment**Minimum Requirements:*** **Education:** High school diploma/GED* **Years of Experience:** 0* **Other Qualifications:** + Ability to collaborate as a team member and work independently + Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. + Ability to print and speak simple sentences. + Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions and diagrams, short correspondence, and memos. + Ability to write simple correspondence. + Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. + Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. + Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. + High level of attention to detail + Strong interpersonal and communication skills**Physical Requirements*** Lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 pounds with proper assistance.* Use hands continuously throughout the shift, including gripping, manipulating, and positioning tools or materials.* Stand/walk for prolonged periods (majority of the shift)* Perform frequent bending, twisting, and torso rotation throughout the shift, including reaching to lower levels, turning at the waist, and maintaining bent‐over positions as required by task demands.* Perform frequent hand and arm movements, including: + Full‐fist gripping of tools + Pressing or pushing with thumbs and fingers + Twisting the lower arm + Turning or bending the wrist up, down, left, or right**Where We Work**This position is open to applicants who can work in (or relocate to) the following location(s)-Tooele, UT US.
