We are currently hiring for a Unit Secretary/Medical Records position in our Health Center.

Available Schedules:

Full-Time – Evening Shift • 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM • 40 hours/week • Every other weekend

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the communication hub at the nurse's station • Answer phones, call systems, and assist residents and visitors • Direct calls and requests to nursing staff • Monitor emergency systems and respond appropriately • Maintain logs, records, and basic documentation • Support daily administrative tasks in the Health Center

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous healthcare or administrative experience preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Professional, friendly, and customer-service oriented • Basic computer skills
