$3500 sign on bonus for FT Nights, $2000 sign on bonus for part-time Nights

Job Duties:

• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.

• Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality, person-centered care.

• Assess resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.

• Coordinate admissions, discharges, physician orders, and interdisciplinary care.

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.

• Provide coaching, education, and clinical guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other team members.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, infection prevention standards, and company policies.

• Complete accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

• Promote a positive, collaborative work environment focused on resident outcomes and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

• Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
