Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a significant impact in the lives of students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist serving a K-12 population. This full-time contract opportunity, set for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload of 50–60 students near Carthage, MO. You'll collaborate closely with educators and families to help students achieve their communication goals in a supportive educational environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience working in pediatric or school-based settings
• Strong knowledge of assessments, IEP development, and documentation practices
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and parents
• Passion for fostering student growth in a K–12 educational setting

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with students' IEPs
• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and professional development
