Our client, a well-established, client-focused law firm in Hanover, Massachusetts, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join their growing practice. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and clients on a variety of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Location: Hanover, MA

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 (depending on experience)

Schedule: In Office M-F

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, financing, and development matters.
• Prepare, review, and organize closing documents and transaction files.
• Order and review title examinations, municipal lien certificates, surveys, and zoning information.
• Coordinate with lenders, title companies, brokers, municipalities, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare closing binders and post-closing documentation.
• Track critical dates and deadlines to ensure timely completion of transactions.
• Maintain electronic and physical files with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Communicate professionally with clients and third parties throughout the transaction process.
• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed.

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of experience as a real estate paralegal in commercial OR residential real estate.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with real estate software and title platforms is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
