Paralegal

Location Offices in both Hanover and Westborough/Worcester. Role Overview We're not looking for someone who simply wants to process paperwork. We're looking for a paralegal who wants to help build the future of family law. Responsibilities At O'Connor Family Law, you'll work on challenging divorce and custody cases that require critical thinking, attention to detail, compassion, and sound judgment. You'll collaborate closely with attorneys and the rest of our team to solve problems, support clients through difficult moments, and continuously improve the way we practice law. We are actively integrating artificial intelligence and other technology into our workflows to reduce administrative work, improve efficiency, and help make quality legal representation more affordable.
