MEET THE ROLE: YOUR PURPOSE Responsible for driving new business development, revenue generation, and customer growth within Talento’s Talent Solutions practice. Combines strong business development capabilities, deep staffing industry expertise, consultative client partnership, and recruiting leadership to build new customer relationships, expand existing accounts, and generate sustainable, profitable growth. Owns the commercial relationship with customers while serving as a senior talent advisor and recruiting mentor. Leverages a deep understanding of the staffing and recruiting lifecycle to advise clients, shape effective talent solutions, guide recruiting strategies, and provide senior-level mentorship to recruiters responsible for executing searches. Highly resourceful and results-driven, proactively creates opportunities, builds connections with key decision-makers, leverages available networks and market intelligence, and finds creative paths to generate business—even when information, relationships, or resources are limited. Accountable for building and managing a strong commercial pipeline, acquiring new customers, expanding existing relationships, achieving revenue and profitability targets, and driving the overall growth and performance of the Talent Solutions practice. WHERE YOU'LL MAKE YOUR MARK Drive Business Development: Identify, prospect, develop, and convert new customer opportunities, with a primary focus on generating new logos and establishing commercial relationships with organizations that do not currently have an active relationship with Talento. Generate Revenue: Turn market opportunities, prospecting activity, professional networks, and customer needs into measurable revenue. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and proactively manage prospects through the sales cycle to achieve revenue targets. Build Strategic Customer Relationships: Develop trusted, senior-level relationships with decision-makers, hiring leaders, HR/Talent leaders, and other key stakeholders. Gain a deep understanding of their business priorities, workforce challenges, and talent needs to position Talento as a strategic staffing partner and identify opportunities for long‑term growth. Own the Commercial Cycle: Lead opportunities end‑to‑end, from prospecting and discovery through solution development, proposal, negotiation, closing, and transition into delivery. Maintain ownership of commercial outcomes while ensuring strong alignment between customer needs, proposed solutions, and recruiting execution. Serve as a Senior Talent Advisor: Leverage staffing and recruiting expertise to understand customer requirements, provide informed perspectives on talent markets, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and shape effective search and talent strategies. Mentor & Guide Recruiting Talent: Serve as a senior resource for junior and developing recruiters, providing guidance on search strategies, client expectations, candidate markets, prioritization, communication, and delivery quality to strengthen overall recruiting performance. Create Opportunities Through Resourcefulness: Find creative and practical ways to open doors and develop relationships by leveraging professional networks, referrals, market intelligence, research, partnerships, and other available resources to generate business opportunities. WHAT MAKES YOU THE ONE You bring: EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Proven success as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or Account Director, with a track record of driving client relationships, business development, and talent solutions. Preferred: Experience developing business and managing customer relationships within the South Florida market, with an established understanding of the local business environment and professional network. Proven track record of driving revenue through new business acquisition and strategic account growth, from identifying and developing prospects and establishing new customer relationships to managing pipelines, negotiating and closing business, and expanding existing accounts. Experience working in a commercially accountable environment, with direct ownership of gross profit, pipeline, conversion, or other measurable business development KPIs. Strong experience working directly with clients and hiring leaders in a consultative capacity, with the ability to understand business needs, challenge requirements, provide market perspective, and position effective staffing solutions. Recruiting background and a strong understanding of the end‑to‑end staffing and recruiting lifecycle, enabling effective partnership with recruiters and informed guidance throughout search delivery. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Staffing & Talent Solutions: Deep understanding of staffing and recruiting models, service delivery, talent markets, customer expectations, and the commercial dynamics of the staffing industry. Business Development & Account Strategy: Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, market development, prospecting strategies, account planning, opportunity qualification, solution positioning, and customer expansion within a staffing environment.
