Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Assess patients' needs and create individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
- Monitor patients' progress and update medical records accordingly
- Provide education and support to residents and their families
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of South Dakota
- Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for providing compassionate care to vulnerable populations
