Role Summary:

We are looking for a team player to lead our Product Management group. This individual will be serving as a liaison between the product team and the company's stakeholders. The role of the Product Director is to own and lead, requirement, design, ensure development with the engineering team and delivery for our traders and other internal business functions. The role entails ensuring product priorities are well defined, plans are complete, resources are properly estimated/requested and PMO best practices are used for all products. The Director oversees projects across several functions/applications. They also oversee and coach product managers & product owners. The role promotes and encourages team collaboration, agile method and proper project planning, and delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Proven track record of leading, managing, and holding teams accountable
• Build a process that ensures the company's product managers are able to give their products the strategic attention they need.
• Understanding of the company's business strategy, to ensure the product strategy directly supports that business strategy.
• Oversee project management functions of companywide projects.
• Deliver product development and product business performance metrics. Act as an independent evaluator of various parts of product development processes.
• Help resolve issues and remove roadblocks across department/team for delivering company roadmap.
• Define measurable outcomes for your teams and regularly track and report on progress
• Collaborate with internal business partners to ensure business needs and directions are captured, and product visions are translated into executable roadmaps and release plans, identifying and tracking critical performance metrics and timelines throughout the project's life

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience in Product Management in Finance
• Experience working cross-functionally on large projects with multiple engineering teams
• Experience Leading PMO
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree, Master's, or other relevant advanced degrees
