Role Description
This part time to full-time on-site role is for a lead kitchen cook located in Minneapolis, MN. This position will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food ordering, preparation, cooking, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Additional tasks will include inventory management and coordination with suppliers and kitchen personnel. The menu is simple yet comprehensive comprising of ready to cook prepared foods.
Qualifications
- Food Preparation and Cooking skills
- Knowledge of Hygiene and Safety standards
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage and lead kitchen staff effectively
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Safety Certification
- Experience in kitchen management or as an Assistant Manager is preferred.
- Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification (highly preferred)
