Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-time Salary: $18 - $19.50 per hour based on experience Schedule: Flexible weekly schedule with one evening shift and one weekend shift

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily appointment calendar
• Check clients and patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
• Process payments and review invoices with clients
• Communicate with clients regarding appointments, reminders, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Support an efficient hospital workflow while creating a positive client experience
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and support staff to ensure outstanding patient care
