Sales Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support our growing sales and operations teams. This role combines quoting, vendor coordination, customer communication, and project coordination . You’ll help move work from an initial customer request through execution, keeping details organized and ensuring projects stay on track.

If you’re organized, detail-oriented, good at following through, and enjoy coordinating multiple moving pieces, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare customer quotes, estimates, and proposals across Guardian’s service offerings.
• Gather pricing, scope, labor, logistics, and other information needed to develop accurate quotes.
• Work with vendors to obtain pricing, availability, lead times, and other project requirements .
• Coordinate projects from the quoting stage through completion, tracking timelines, deliverables, and open items.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, field teams, vendors, and customers to ensure projects are properly planned and executed.
• Communicate with customers and vendors regarding project details, schedules, changes, and status updates.
• Follow up on outstanding items and help identify and resolve issues before they impact a project.
• Maintain accurate customer, quote, project, and job information in company systems.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, and jobs are properly closed out for billing.
• Help improve processes and communication between Sales and Operations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in sales support, quoting, estimating, project coordination, operations, logistics, service coordination, or a similar role .
• Has experience coordinating projects, jobs, vendors, or multiple workstreams.
• Is highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Has strong attention to detail and takes pride in accurate work.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Is comfortable working with pricing, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Excel.
• Can learn new systems and work across multiple software platforms.
• Takes ownership, follows through, and isn’t afraid to ask questions or chase down missing information.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and every day is different.

Experience in ITAD, logistics, technology, data center services, construction, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services is a plus, but not required.
