Training ManagerIdentify training and development requirements for new and existing employees with Private Destinations Leadership and the Learning & Development Department based on performance gaps, career paths, management consultation, and corporate strategy. Assist with the creation of the training matrix by position for both islands with the Private Destinations Leadership and the Learning & Development Department. Document and maintain training matrix in employee database (i.e. E1).Language required: English.Royal Caribbean Group (NYSE: RCL) is a cruise vacation company comprised of three award-winning global brands: Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea Cruises. Royal Caribbean Group is also a 50% owner of a joint venture that includes TUI Cruises and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises. Together, our brands operate a global fleet of 64 ships traveling to more than 800 destinations worldwide.
