Responsibilities: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time Reconcile daily sales reports, cash drawers, and bank deposits Maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and documentation in compliance with company standards Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping records, and employee data management Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and general office administrationMonitor and order office supplies and assist with vendor communications Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for leadership review Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; QuickBooks experience a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus but not required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred About Us: TA Corral, LLC is a proud local operator of the beloved Golden Corral brand, serving the Cullman, AL community with hearty, home-style meals and warm hospitality.
