Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in US Banking Payments and Wire Transfer Product Migration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale wire migration initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery across complex banking ecosystems. This role requires deep knowledge of payment processing, SWIFT messaging, core banking platforms, regulatory compliance, and migration programs. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide Wire Transfer Product Migration projects. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for payment and banking systems. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, business requirements documents (BRDs), and user stories. Coordinate migration activities across core banking systems, payment hubs, SWIFT networks, and downstream applications. Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, and vendors to ensure seamless implementation. Support data mapping, gap analysis, process redesign, and migration validation activities. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, payment standards, and risk management requirements. Facilitate UAT planning, test case reviews, defect management, and production readiness activities. Monitor project timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution throughout the migration lifecycle. Required Skills 8–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Banking and Financial Services. Deep expertise in Wire Transfer Product Migration and payment transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of US Banking Payments, wire processing, and payment operations. Experience with SWIFT, payment hubs, core banking systems, and integration programs. Hands‑on experience managing migration activities, data mapping, and business process analysis. Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
