Novra Corp is seeking an Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to support customers with inquiries, service requests, and general assistance. This role is designed for individuals who are personable, organized, and eager to develop their customer service and professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions regarding company services
• Provide accurate and professional information
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns
• Support scheduling and routine administrative activities
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Follow established customer service procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
