We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer/Project Manager to join our Midwest Transportation team. This position can sit in our Madison, WI office.

The successful candidate will have all of the following:

• A bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil engineering
• At least eight years of relevant work experience
• A PE license in any state with ability to obtain in Wisconsin within six months of start date

The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:

• Project management experience on WisDOT projects including rural and urban roadways, freeways and interchanges
• Experience as a design lead on highway engineering design projects and plan preparation for rural, urban and freeway projects utilizing WisDOT Civil 3D software
• Experience leading teams on development of infrastructure plans and specifications for mega or major projects
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders including state DOT's
• Client management experience
• Experience preparing project task scopes, budgets and schedules
• A Wisconsin PE
