Compensation & Benefits * $70,000-$80,000 annual salary * Performance bonus opportunities * Benefits stipend * Vehicle reimbursement * Long-term career growth with a growing company Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 Responsibilities: * Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks to ensure project quality and client satisfaction. * Travel to different job sites across the Greater Boston area, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. * Assist with installations and renovations, contributing to the overall success of each project. * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve on-site challenges efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols. * Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clear understanding of project goals. * Document completed tasks and report progress to project managers, ensuring transparency and accountability. Qualifications: * Experience in general handyman repairs and punch-list work. * Ability to install appliances, hardware, doors, trim, and fixtures with precision. * Proven track record of performing basic carpentry, drywall, painting, caulking, and touch-up work. * Capability to pick up and deliver materials, tools, and supplies efficiently to job sites. * Willingness to visit multiple residential projects throughout the Greater Boston area. * Skill in keeping projects on schedule by completing tasks efficiently and effectively. * Attention to detail in inspecting completed work and identifying items needing attention or correction.
