Strong TEAM environment that Fosters Professional Growth Employee Discount Program Comprehensive benefits plan to include, health, dental and vision insurance Tuition reimbursement Daily Pay Pay Range: $18-$20/hr Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and departments Conduct regular inspections of building systems, equipment, and grounds Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building issues Maintain preventative maintenance schedules Assist with room preparation and repairs for new admissions or room changes Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and facility standards Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies Support emergency repairs as needed Qualifications: Previous maintenance experience required (healthcare or facility experience preferred) Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to urgent issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and organizational skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Repetitive lifting of 50 pounds Repetitive pushing of 200 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr Tenbroeckrehab
