Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice

Registered Nurse – After Hours

Schedule: 3-12 hour shifts, 7pm-7am, rotating nights

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: Contract

Requirements:

• Current nursing license
• Experience in patient care, particularly in home health, hospice, or similar settings

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care in various settings, including residential homes and healthcare facilities.
• Assess patient and family situations to determine appropriate interventions.
• Manage symptom relief and respond to urgent patient needs after hours.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Attend and provide support during after-hour deaths for service lines.

Compliance / Notes:

This position requires working from home between patient visits.
