Wealth Planning Associate

Develop advanced proficiency in navigating Wealth Plan and related planning tools to provide accurate and timely support for client financial planning. Respond to and resolve first-level inquiries related to Wealth Plan, including assisting with data inputs, clarifying methodology, and troubleshooting “how-to” questions from advisors. Build a deep understanding of JPMWM's wealth planning philosophy and U.S. financial planning topics. Provide ad-hoc training to advisors and team members based on questions and issues that arise through the help desk. Share updates on new platform enhancements and educate advisors on how to use new features. Gather feedback from advisors and relay it to technology teams to support ongoing platform improvements. Maintain clear records of inquiries and identify opportunities to streamline support processes and enhance team efficiency. Participate in ongoing training to stay current on planning tools, methodologies, and regulatory changes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with financial planning software or CRM tools is a plus. Ability to learn complex systems and concepts quickly. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and client service. Collaborative mindset and willingness to support multiple teams and projects.
