Aflalo is a modern luxury brand rooted in elegance, opulence, and bold femininity. Our SoHo flagship is the physical home of the brand, a space where artistry, service, and commerce converge at the highest level. We are looking for a Flagship Store Manager who leads with the same standard.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced, polished Boutique Director to own every dimension of our SoHo Boutique; from commercial performance and team leadership to client experience and day-to-day operations. This is a high-ownership role for someone who operates with both the precision of a retail operator and the taste of a luxury brand steward. You will set the tone on the floor, build and develop the team, and be accountable for hitting sales targets while upholding the brand’s standards at every touchpoint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Performance Own the Boutique’s monthly and seasonal sales targets, track performance daily, identify trends, and act with urgency to close gaps Drive client development and retention across the team; hold stylists accountable for building lasting relationships and repeat business Partner with the merchandising and e-commerce teams to optimize floor presentation, inventory levels, and product mix. Hire, onboard and develop all studio staff, set expectations, provide real-time feedback, and build a high-performance culture Lead by example on the floor, model client engagement, selling behaviors, and brand presentation standards Manage performance formally and informally; address issues directly and constructively Client Experience Ensure every client receives a warm welcome and a personalized experience from first touch through post-purchase follow-up Maintain relationships with top clients and ensure the team does the same Resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and sound judgment Business Development Cultivate and activate new clients through targeted outreach, events, and community-driven acquisition Set individual goals alongside stylists and drive performance against those targets Operations & Standards Oversee loss prevention, shrinkage control, and inventory accuracy Maintain an impeccably presented, brand-appropriate store environment at all times Manage all operational reporting, cash management, and compliance with company standards

QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years in luxury or contemporary retail management, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams Deep fluency in selling; someone who makes others rise to meet them Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized and operationally sharp Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving, brand-forward environment A genuine love of fashion and a strong aesthetic dialogue; you understand not just what makes a product beautiful, but what makes a brand succeed and grow
