Assistant Client Service Specialist

In this role, you’ll assist account managers with policy servicing, process endorsements and certificates, respond to client inquiries, and maintain accurate documentation in agency management systems. You’ll coordinate with carriers, prepare proposals and renewals, and ensure timely, professional follow‑up.
