Executive Chef 2

Role Overview Sodexo Campus Services is seeking a creative, detail oriented, highly-motivated, energetic and well organized Executive Chef 2 for the University of The Incarnate Word located in San Antonio, TX . Position provides culinary leadership within a medium-sized account including menu planning, brand standards and program execution, and staff management and training. Key Duties Implements and coordinates the culinary function Directs, trains, develops and mentors cooks and other culinary support, stock worker and receiver, and utility workers Ensures food preparation, production and post production meet operational standards Manages culinary operations for catering, retail, and concessions Customer and client satisfaction Financial management to include food costs, inventory, and labor Manages food and physical safety programs for resident dining operations Works with maintenance department to help keep all equipment running well Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions.
