Executive Sous Chef, role based in San Antonio

Executive Sous Chefs are key leaders in the success of our culinary operations. Working alongside the Chef de Cuisine, they help oversee all aspects of kitchen execution, from preparation and cooking to plating and service. They play a critical role in maintaining culinary standards, developing team members, managing daily operations, and ensuring every dish reflects the excellence our guests expect.
