Marketing Manager

Back Bay Staffing Group is seeking a Marketing Manager for our large, non-profit client. This marketing manager position will be responsible for contributing to the design, implementation and analysis of our clients marketing campaign. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate design experience as well as strong project management skills and the ability to write and edit B2C marketing materials for non-traditional audiences. International marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Planning and managing multifaceted marketing programs across different target audiences
• Continuously developing and delivering best marketing practices across all initiatives
• Design and production management of marketing collateral
• Working with program directors and other subject matter experts to enable them to deliver their business objectives more effectively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, Marketing or Business Communications preferred
• At least 3-5 years of marketing management experience
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with the Adobe design suite
