In this role, you'll build and optimize the programs that turn newly appointed express agents into high-producing advocates for our business insurance products. You will combine deep customer knowledge with rigorous data analysis to design communications and experiences that move express agents through key milestones, reduce churn, and grow LTV.This is a high-impact role with significant cross-functional collaboration, sitting at the intersection of marketing, product, data, and engineering. What You’ll Do:Conversion and ActivationDesign and launch onboarding journeys to educate and motivate newly appointed agents to activate with high velocity: first portal visit, first quote, and first purchase — fastCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, data, territory managers, and other areas of marketing to drive conversionRetentionBuild trust and celebrate milestones to foster customer relationship and loyaltyLeverage incentives to increase production and prevent at-risk agents from churningDesign winback programs to re-activate lapsed agentsExecution and AnalyticsBuild and deploy automated programs, triggered engagements, and blast campaigns across channels of email, SMS, and direct mailDesign and run experiments to drive incremental lifts and gain insightsAnalyze engagement and performance metrics using Bloomreach and Tableau to measure success and identify trends and opportunitiesWhat We Need:7+ yrs of lifecycle marketing experience including lead conversion, retention, and winback3+ yrs of hands-on execution and deployment experience with a marketing platform (Iterable, Braze, Bloomreach, SFMC, etc)Audacious thinker who can bring big ideas to the tableSelf-starter who loves to build and moves with high velocityVeteran of designing and running experimentsStrong analytical skills to measure impact, lift, and attributionHas worked in dynamic and fast-paced environments while wearing multiple hatsHighly organized with excellent project management skills, adept at seamlessly managing multiple projectsUnstoppable Qualities:Super driven and self-motivatedExtreme ownershipProactive and independent thinker (ideas)Strong communication skills Note on Fraudulent RecruitingWe have become aware that there may be fraudulent recruiting attempts being made by people posing as representatives of ERGO NEXT Insurance. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base salaries for the position in the location(s) listed. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including, without limitation, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ERGO NEXT employees are also potentially eligible for our annual performance-based incentive program, in addition to our benefits package, consisting of our partially subsidized medical plan, fully subsidized vision/dental options, life insurance, disability insurance, 401(k), flexible paid time off, parental leave and more.US annual base salary range for this full-time position: $149,000 - $171,000
