Real Estate Associate - Junior to Midlevel

Job Overview A law firm seeks a transactional real estate associate attorney in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and leasing. Duties Handle commercial real estate transactions such as acquisitions, sales, and leasing. Conduct real estate due diligence, including title and survey reviews. Collaborate with paralegals and team members across different offices. Manage closing processes and ensure timely completion of deals. Assist client teams in complex transactions. Requirements Minimum of two years' experience in commercial real estate transactions. Experience or interest in lender-side real estate financing preferred. Prior law firm experience required. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities for more than one supervising attorney. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of Washington. Skills Strong title and survey due diligence skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
