Job Overview A law firm seeks an employment litigation associate with a minimum of two years' experience to join its Washington and national employment law practice in Bellevue, WA. The associate will focus on employment litigation and work in a collegial environment. Duties Handle complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis. Draft and review legal documents and correspondence. Advise clients on federal and Washington employment laws and regulations. Requirements Minimum of two years' experience in employment litigation. Experience from large defense firms or smaller firms handling sophisticated employment defense matters. Membership or pending membership of the Washington State Bar. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Washington State Bar membership or pending membership. Skills Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
