Construction Litigation - Associate Attorney - Midlevel

Job Description Perkins Coie, LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate Attorney in its Seattle office to support its nationally recognized construction law practice. The group’s core practice areas are counseling, dispute resolution, and contract drafting and negotiation. Responsibilities Litigate all types of construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes such as mechanic’s liens, bond, and stop notice claims, and breach of contract claims. Prepare and negotiate construction contracts, change orders, and other construction-related agreements as part of transactional work. Qualifications 3–5 years of construction law or equivalent experience. Excellent academic credentials, strong references, and superb written and oral communication skills. Prior AmLaw100 and judicial clerkship experience preferred; WA Bar membership is required. Washington compensation range: $260,000 to $365,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
