Seattle - Labor and Employment Midlevel Associate

Seattle – Labor and Employment Midlevel Associate Seeking a midlevel associate with 3-5 years of experience to join our labor & employment practice group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in employment law, including single-plaintiff litigation, wage and hour and other class‑action lawsuits, internal investigations, restrictive covenant litigation, and/or arbitrations. They will also have experience briefing motions, propounding, and responding to discovery, including ESI discovery, and have excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, organization, writing, and analytical skills. Although we will have a strong preference for a candidate with the above‑listed experience, we will consider applicants with other types of significant litigation experience who have a strong interest in labor & employment. Active Washington Bar membership is required. Salary and Compensation For positions in Seattle, WA, the salary range for this position is $260,000 – $365,000. The base salary wage range will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The total compensation package will also include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits Eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in company‑sponsored medical, dental, vision, life, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, business travel accident insurance plans, and health savings and flexible spending accounts for the employee and eligible dependents. Eligible employees may also utilize the Employee Assistance Program, Work/Life Services, Health Advocate, Bright Horizons Back‑Up Child Care, and WageWorks Commuter Benefits. Employees receive 9 paid holidays per calendar year, 2 personal days per year, up to 20 days of vacation per year, 1 paid sick leave hour for every 30 hours worked, up to five days off for bereavement leave, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave per year, and up to 10 weeks of paid pregnancy disability leave per pregnancy.
