Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney for its Seattle, WA office to focus on management-side employment and labor law. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience, including wage and hour class actions, state and federal court proceedings, administrative agency matters, and alternative dispute resolution. Duties Represent clients in employment litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment cases. Conduct workplace investigations on issues such as harassment and ethics violations. Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and take and defend depositions. Advise clients on employment agreements, severance packages, and policy drafting. Represent clients before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience. Washington State bar license required. Strong legal research and writing abilities. Thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal employment law. Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association. Skills Skilled litigator with experience in employment law. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
