Litigation Associate Attorney

Job OverviewA law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Associate Attorney for its Seattle, WA office. The role involves supporting the litigation department with a focus on complex commercial litigation, product liability, environmental, and insurance coverage matters. Candidates must possess strong research and writing skills and hold a Washington State bar license. Duties Provide legal support by drafting, analyzing, and interpreting contracts and legal documents. Research and analyze complex legal issues. Draft correspondence, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents. Manage all aspects of discovery, including handling electronically stored data. Assist with trial preparation and provide trial support. Perform due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts and agreements. Communicate professionally with clients. Conduct and assist with depositions and court hearings. Perform work independently to achieve client objectives. Requirements Washington State bar license. 4+ years of civil litigation practice experience. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Washington State. Skills Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Team-oriented and self-motivated. Attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities. Strong communication skills.
