Duties Represent clients in patent and trade secret litigation. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis. Draft and review legal documents and pleadings. Collaborate with a team of attorneys on case strategy. Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel. Requirements Admitted to the state bar where practicing. Experience in intellectual property litigation. Strong academic credentials in law and undergraduate coursework. Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills. Education Undergraduate degree in hard or life sciences. Certifications State bar admission. Skills Strong work ethic and leadership abilities. Proficiency in managing complex legal matters.
