Labor and Employment Associate

Snell & Wilmer seeks to hire an associate to join our Labor & Employment practice group in the firm’s Seattle office. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of employment law experience, including agency responses, employment litigation, drafting employment-related agreements and employee handbook policies, and providing direct employment advice to employers. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills are required, as is an active license to practice law in Washington. The annual compensation range for candidates placed in Washington is $210,000 – $257,000, depending on experience. This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm’s benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
