Modern Urologist / Advanced Physicians is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join a high-tech, AI-enabled, office-based urology practice serving New York City, Forest Hills, and Brooklyn

This position is ideal for a PA who wants to work in a highly specialized, technology-driven environment without the traditional hospital burden. There is no hospital call, no ER call, and no mandatory inpatient rounding . The role is primarily office-based, lifestyle-forward, and supported by an established clinical and administrative infrastructure.

This is not a typical PA position. It is an opportunity to learn high-tech, in-office urology at a level that is not available in most practice settings. For the right candidate, this role can function like an "office-based urology fellowship" with full professional compensation, structured mentorship, and long-term growth potential.

We are open to experienced urology PAs as well as motivated candidates from other clinical backgrounds who are eager to learn. Prior urology experience is preferred, but not required for the right individual. The PA will work closely with physicians and other clinical team members in the evaluation, management, documentation, follow-up, and longitudinal care of urology patients. Depending on experience, training, licensure, and comfort level, responsibilities may include independent patient visits, procedure preparation, diagnostic review, medication management, patient education, post-procedure care, care coordination, and participation in clinical protocols.

Our practice infrastructure includes board-certified urologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, ultrasound technicians, medical assistants, administrative support, advanced in-office diagnostics, office-based procedure rooms, in-office operating capabilities, established protocols, and high patient demand across Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn.
