Senior Project Controller - Power Infrastructure, Project Planning and Scheduling

Lead project schedule, drive on‑time delivery, and support successful execution across complex EPC & Mega Infrastructure projects Develop and maintain L3 baseline schedules using Primavera P6 Lead schedule reviews, progress reporting, critical path analysis, and monthly deep ‑ dives Provide schedule risk assessments and support mitigation planning with cross ‑ functional teams Manage schedule impacts related to claims, change orders, and customer variations Collaborate with PMO & CoE partners, Engineering, C&I site teams, and project leadership to ensure alignment and timely updates Drive continuous improvement of planning tools, processes, and KPIs Prepare schedule documentation for reviews, reporting, and project close ‑ out Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college Min. 8 years of experience in Project Control Planning & Scheduling function Min. 5 years of planning & scheduling in Primavera Expertise of EPC environments and work processes of large EPC Projects Expertise in Primavera P6 & Risk Analysis Tools Experience with Extension of time Claims and Forensic Planning Ability to support multiple internal customers and partners with competing priorities in a matrixed environment Experience collaborating with multiple functions such as engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, projects and logistics Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Project Control Planning and Scheduling, with a strong focus on using Primavera P6 for developing and maintaining baseline schedules. Proven ability to manage complex EPC projects, drive on‑time delivery, and collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
