Litigation Attorney

Kubicki Draper is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our West Palm Beach office . We are open to candidates at various experience levels, from entry-level attorneys to Junior Shareholders and experienced litigators. This position will focus on pre-suit and litigation matters within insurance defense . Experience or an interest in personal injury matters is preferred but not required. Your Day-to-Day: Draft/review and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing Must be proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment Drive for Success: Possess an unyielding drive to climb the hierarchical ladder, aspiring to leadership roles and leaving a mark.
