Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description Job Description The Administrative Assistant/Front Desk Receptionist is a key member of a large corporate environment, responsible for managing front desk operations and providing exceptional administrative support. This role involves daily interactions with visitors and clients, handling communications, scheduling, and maintaining organized office functions. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Department Head, HR, and Office Manager, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
Responsibilities
Perform reception duties including greeting and managing visitors daily
Handle phone calls and correspondence efficiently
Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling tasks
Maintain accurate record keeping and data entry
Provide general office support and prepare documents as needed
Manage office supplies and inventory
Offer excellent customer service and support to staff and clients
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in administrative support
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools, including Microsoft Outlook
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask, organize, and manage time effectively
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Accurate and efficient data entry skills
