Minimum Qualifications Experience working with children with developmental disabilities A passion for working with children and families Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Experience in home and community settinds Familiarity with data collection and analysis Prior experience in ABA therapy Your Key Responsibilities Provides in‑home or community services to all families eligible for Creative Interventions’ Comprehensive and Autism Specialty Birth to Three programs. Maintains cultural sensitivity across diverse clientele Provides services as a Primary Service Provider within the Activity‑Based Teaming (ABT) model of Birth to Three What You'll Bring to the Role Empathy and dedication to improving the lives of children and their families Knowledge of behavior principles and intervention strategies Attention to detail and a commitment to data‑driven decision‑making A team‑oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting A passion for learning and growing in the field of ABA therapy Make a Difference at Creative Interventions!
