Job-ID32825864Reference26-00545Pre Boarding CoordinatorA large, global organization is seeking a Pre Boarding Coordinator to support a high volume onboarding operation. This role will work closely with hiring managers, new hires, HR, Talent Acquisition and internal support teams to make sure onboarding activities are completed accurately and on time.What You’ll Do• Support hiring managers and new hires throughout the onboarding process

• Work within an HRIS onboarding system such as SuccessFactors, SAP or Workday
• Monitor onboarding tasks, documentation and compliance requirements
• Coordinate background checks and resolve missing or inaccurate information
• Maintain accurate employee data and safeguard confidential information
• Follow up with hiring managers and new hires on outstanding items
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues and work with HR or IT when needed
• Support process improvements, training and other HR Operations initiativesWhat We’re Looking For• 1 to 3 years of HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, Onboarding or similar experience
• Experience with an HRIS such as SuccessFactors, SAP or Workday
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience with SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruitment or Employee Central is a plus.
