Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $1,240-$1,298 per week - Guaranteed hours: 36 per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 3x12-hour daytime shifts (6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.) - Start date: 07/06/2026 - Setting: Travel LPN in a Long-Term Care unit within a Critical Access Hospital Responsibilities - Provide direct and indirect total nursing care for residents during the assigned shift. - Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. - Assign, direct, and supervise CNAs; ensure tasks are completed and documented. - Record nursing notes in residents' charts; monitor changes and communicate with the care team. - Report changes in resident status to the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and/or Resident Care Coordinator; keep physicians and families informed as needed. - Promote teamwork across shifts and departments; attend meetings and educational sessions as directed; maintain regular attendance and punctuality. Requirements - Active LPN license in the state of Colorado. - Graduation from an approved LPN program (diploma or certificate). - Ability to administer medications and deliver resident care in a long-term care setting. - Strong documentation and communication skills; comfortable supervising CNAs. - Willingness to work a travel assignment with a 12-hour daytime shift (6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.) on a 3x12 schedule.
