Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Travel Occupational Therapist Opportunity Make a meaningful difference as a travel occupational therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while exploringa new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in occupational therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Washington state occupational therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred. Experience with ADL training, splinting basics, and discharge planning preferred. Ability to work Monday through Friday on a days schedule as listed in assignment details. Assignment Details Facility type: hospital. Shift name: days. Shift details: days. 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. Positions available: 1. Start window: position start in May with an assignment through early August (assignment length approximately 13 weeks). Cancellation terms: 14 day cancellation, 36 hour minimum. Transit options include Yakima Transit fixed routes and regional access via Interstate 82 providing connections to Ellensburg (about 45 miles) and the Tri-Cities area (about 60 miles).
