We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Product Manager with strong Salesforce Health Cloud expertise to lead product strategy, discovery, roadmap development, and execution for healthcare-focused Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience working with healthcare payer organizations, claims operations, enterprise digital transformation, and cross-functional business and technology teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes.
• Required: Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, product discovery, stakeholder management, and business process analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across Business, Architecture, Engineering, UX, and Agile Delivery.
• Experience conducting current-state assessments and defining future-state solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate solution options and make strategic decisions.
• Experience translating complex business needs into product features, epics, capabilities, and outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe product management practices.
• Experience defining and tracking OKRs, KPIs, value realization, and product outcomes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Healthcare payer and claims operations experience.
• Experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
