Continue building technical skills in areas such as GRC platforms, cloud, automation, data analytics, AI-enabled tools, and risk technology. Expectations: Strong interest in technology, risk management, business process improvement, compliance, cybersecurity, automation, data analytics, or systems implementation. Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new platforms, tools, systems, and technical concepts. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to develop effective, technology-enabled solutions to address client challenges, including thoughtfully evaluating outputs from new tools and technologies. Curiosity and adaptability by learning new tools and technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, and applying them to help solve problems. Ability to translate business needs into requirements, process designs, testing plans, documentation, or technical solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders. Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to high-quality work. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Intellectual curiosity and desire to build specialized skills in risk technology, IT controls, automation, data, cybersecurity, or GRC platforms. Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership, and interest in identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and delivery approaches.
