Program Manager - BPCI II
MW Partner
Responsibilities and duties:
Marketplace Deal Execution & Consulting
- Act as a subject matter expert on AWS and Microsoft Marketplace programs
- Partner with sales on pipeline and de
- al execution
- Validate deals (product eligibility, structure, compliance)
- Provide consultative guidance on marketplace transactions
- Track submissions, approvals, and communicate decisions
Program & Team Support
- Act as a primary liaison for marketplace questions and enablement
- Improve marketplace processes and Salesforce workflows
- Manage private offers and track contract timelines
- Prepare regular updates for sales and leadership
Cross-Functional Operations
- Work with Legal, Credit, Sales Ops, Finance, Order Management, and others
- Align stakeholders and resolve blockers to drive deals forward
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and revenue guidelines
Business Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze pipeline and marketplace performance to identify trends
- Build reports using Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics
- Maintain strong CRM data hygiene and support campaign tracking

Experience & Tools
- Experience in program management, sales ops, or deal support
- Strong understanding of sales processes and deal lifecycle
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP)
- Familiarity with CRM (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools

- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-service mindset supporting internal sales teams
- Flexible across time zones
