Dietary Director

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Dietary Director of Food & Nutrition Services! Bonus Incentive Program and Relocation! Plans, directs and coordinates the activities for the provision of food and nutrition services for facility wide which includes Patient and Retail Services for the Medical Center. Overseeing approximately 60 FTE's, someone familiar with DNV or TJC. Cafeteria is currently under renovation until August, will be brand new, new appliances, etc. Wants someone from the outside who can offer a fresh perspective on how they can take the department to the next level. Supervises Managers, Secretary, Coordinators, Supervisors Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Dietetics\Food Service Management or related field 5+ years management experience in a healthcare food service setting. Demonstrated organizational, communication and leadership skills. Current designation as Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian. #J-18808-Ljbffr
