Position Overview

The Marketing Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing all marketing lead sources, tracking performance metrics, managing marketing budgets, and maximizing return on investment (ROI). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, analyzing trends, and ensuring marketing efforts generate profitable results.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, sales, and operations teams to ensure every marketing dollar contributes to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all lead generation channels, including:
• • Google Ads
  • Local Services Ads (LSA)
  • SEO
  • Social Media
  • Email Marketing
  • Direct Mail
  • Referral Programs
  • Community Partnerships
  • Third-Party Lead Providers
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
• • Lead volume
  • Cost per lead
  • Cost per booked appointment
  • Customer acquisition cost
  • Conversion rates
  • Marketing ROI
• Maintain marketing budgets and ensure spending remains within approved targets.
• Evaluate lead quality and recommend improvements to marketing strategies.
• Hold marketing vendors and agencies accountable for performance and results.
• Maintain accurate lead-source attribution within company CRM systems.
• Produce weekly and monthly marketing reports for leadership.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Identify new opportunities to generate qualified leads and increase revenue.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends.
• Support brand awareness and community outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, business analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
